Monday Development Update #4!

- Kobold Route: I've finished dealing with the kobold management menu, they can now be assigned to various tasks (mining - opening up new passages - selling items - working at the local bar - farming).
They can also work as nobles but that will be reserved to ones with royal blood in them only!
Next thing I'll set is the shop, the farm, gathering of wood and food. - The Daycare for the babies (the menu that lets you deposit/withdraw/free them) is mostly done, what's left is assigning sprites and a face icon for the menu to the ones you keep in your team.
I'm also working on their stats, that will also be influenced by thier body type and Quality.
The Quality score of the baby (1 to 5) will remain hidden until you complete an event with a new NPC, but that's for later. - With the latest stretchgoal reached (Living Forms) I started working on Skeleton route!
Its development will start while we finish up Dpragon II's, for v0.13. - Mouse Reign's layout has been set, her and her sisters' sprites are ready, her first scene is getting written. She's coming!
- Random NPCs will visit the Tavern now! Will probably change slightly the Tavern NPC reward for 10$ Patrons since we can now have custom portraits without any cost (but my hard labor~)!
- A cheat for the climate has been added.
- TheBoogie started working on a new artwork!
