Flesh Mound and Plague Brush
Added 2022-02-14 19:00:05 +0000 UTCFor Valentines Day we've got two monsters that just want a hug. A Flesh Mound (meant to take the place of the Shambling Mound in Curse of Strahd's Death House), and a Plague Brush
The Flesh Mound is really just an ickier variant of my other Shambling Mounds, scaled down and with some weaknesses added so it isn't the TPK machine of the original. Still probably gonna kill someone if you're fighting it at level 2, but hopefully at least some of the party survives now without the DM having to fudge.
The Plague Brush is a tumbleweed that hates you, and is also a katamari. It rolls you up, then just keeps rolling. Maybe you die from its spores, maybe you don't. It's not worried either way. It's already looking for more things to roll over.
