Phalanx and Ritual Warriors
Added 2023-04-13 18:00:01 +0000 UTCThese ritual warriors are my take on the tribal warrior, but what's cool to me about modern tribal warfare is the distinctly non-universal element of ritual combat, which has nothing to do with political structure, so I decided to name the warriors after the salient element rather than imply any sort of equivalence there.
Also, that MM "Tribal Warrior" is pretty fucked. Criminals, tribesman and dogs all basically share a stat block. They wrote that up in 2015 y'all.
