Candy Kappa and the Law Part 2 - Double Feature Pin-Ups

Part two is a double feature of some grabby hands having their fun with with some soft curves :3

Finally had another session with the drunk D&D group where we play Rime of the Frostmaiden. Things did not go great for our adventurers. We finally arrived to Caer-Konig, everyone suffering of some amount of Exhaustion levels... One of the fighters had like 5 levels. So we had a long rest at a inn and restock supplies as we where to head to Kelvin's Cairn. The road to Kelvin's Cairn was easy as a caravan was going the same way, and on it we reunited with a PC we thought was dead, the Goliath Druid who died among several other PCs in session 1. Basically the player was back to play and we just reused the same character.

The quest is to find the guide and musher Garret and the group that hired him. We find the camp they used and the sled with his dogs, we fed the dogs and had a short rest in tents before heading on. We got taken by another avalanche, destroying the sled but the dogs where fine and most of us only suffered minor injuries , but the one fighter was back a 5 levels of exhaustion, so I had to carry him. We find Garret, who tells his group was ambushed by Yetis and led us to the yeti cave to save the group.

We stashed Garret, the dogs and the exhausted fighter in tents outside, a little hidden from sight just in case the yetis are outside. Now I know how things can go, yetis are bad news and in the Tuesday group we did Frostmaiden and it was here we lost our first PC. So I (in-character and out of character) wanted to be diplomatic when things happen. Buuut.... When we came upon the scene from the book, instead of leaving the mom yeti and child alone and just get the halfling that's still alive out, the Druid wildshaped into a bear and charged....

A heavy fight began, and I acted last in encounter of all the players, so I ended up getting the daddy yeti in my back, so I got one round and was stunned the entire fight and almost died. We lost the Druid and the guest Paladin player and the Rogue almost died, but he got a nat 20 on his critical death save. We did manage to kill all three yetis and the session ended there almost 2 hours earlier then expected, but there was a lot to take in after that...

All in all with a little arguing, we had fun and where all buzzed and feeling good.
