I totally get where you're coming from! This season feels a little more choppy unlike the first one - and the waiting part does suck a wee bit because I also struggle with remembering every little detail LOL though I am excited to see how they manage to piece everything together.

2025-02-23 16:48:28 +0000 UTCI haven't been enjoying this season as much as the first but this episode was first season quality for me. The puzzle was very simple but the story behind it and the odd machinations of the "bag of bones" teacher/master of the temple, and possibly of the Emperor himself, added the missing ingredient from the season. I really enjoyed this. btw, when I say I haven't been enjoying this season as much, I'm assuming that a lot of pieces are being laid in place which will come together in the second half to make a fantastic story. It's just that season one managed to lay the seeds whilst also keeping the story of each episode entertaining in all the ways this episode did. There's also the problem of me watching it weekly, whereas I binged season one. Binging is better because of my memory problems but also because it doesn't matter if an episode feels a little flat. You can go straight into the next one instead of having to wait a week for the continuation so you're never left for too long with a feeling of disappointment. I'll definitely wait and binge season 3 if there is one. Sorry about all that. I didn't want anyone to think I was trashing the season lol.
