IDK I'm never good at writing anything because I feel like I can't think of ideas to start. Or involve the church and make a force but not a rape type of situation where the church wants to make hybrids offspring with Rain to make the church clan strong and to control more of Rain's type of people to build a strong fleet of army. Similar to the manga Devils Line It can involve aphrodisiac but don't make it to much like rape... if that makes sense.
