Extracted within my research project of the game. The Mega link contains the Crowd Female wearing Concourse Ladysmith Dress of 1912 model from Bioshock Infinite and respective textures. Mega+ link contains a Blender file with all the materials set. Requester asked to use this female head and put it on one of the Mannequins dress, which can be seen in the shop window throughout the game.
