I now edited Moods Weights, Mood buffs Decay, Needs Decay, Needs Fulfill, Weight gain control, Autonomy to clean, romance, be friendly, etc. with a more realistic style according to Sims' ages.
Also, Global LESS EXTREME Emotions for globally increase the thresholds of extreme emotions (Very Happy, Very Playful, etc.)
NOW expect your Sims have longer and more Sadness and less Happiness and more realistic proportions between Positive and Negative Emotions .
**Compatible with all my mods including Smarter Self-Care
** Compatible with other mods like Roburky's Meaningful Stories.

2021-02-21 18:02:33 +0000 UTCSlower down time with MCCC or other mods won't affect this. I was testing this with Smarter Self-care and the Sims auto eat 2-3 meals a day. I need to test with this mod alone to see if I need to tune up the hunger decay a bit. Thank you for telling me!

2021-01-22 09:47:19 +0000 UTCI cannot separate the parts but I will tune the values down a lot next update! Thanks for the feedback! The speed is multiplied by roburky's fitness control so if you set the multiplier in fitness control too large, they will lose weight too quickly.

You can use both if you want. π I think fitness control provides more specific options to set your own value for fat and also muscle gain, and npcβs weight change while mine is an optional way to have overrides of those for different ages and gives basic metabolism (decrease in fat).
