Update on the sprite artist search

Currently we have 8 applicants for the position. What we've asked of them is to give us a concept sprite, let's see Aldric in the style they envision for Northern Lights and its art direction.

We are giving a two week window for these concept sprites to be returned. After that point the team will discuss all the options and pick our top 3. When we have the top 3 we will be sharing them with the trailblazer tiers and up for discussion and feedback.

We want y'all informed and involved in this process so we can keep making Northern Lights amazing. While I'm sad that HAPS has departed, and hope he recovers well.

I am grateful for what Northern Lights has enabled us to do. Not only have we fostered a welcoming, and supportive Discord community. But we've brought so many other artists into the project, incredible talents getting to spread their passion to our readers. I love that we've managed to be a sort of showcase, while maintaining the over all art direction of Northern Lights.

Love that our development process is one built on full collaboration, where every team members voice is important, and the voice of y'all is equally important.

We can hardly wait to see what comes next on this journey.
