Q1: It says "502 Bad getaway" when I try to download?

A1: Just try refresh and download it again. It refreshes the server somehow and sometimes it works. If it's doesn't work even after couple of refresh then try again later. Like in 1 hour or more!

Q2: It says "Temporarily Unavailable" How to fix it?

Q2: Try to download later in 24 hour.

Q3: It says "404 File not found"?

Q3: Uploaded file is deleted from anonfiles. So let me know about this and I'll reupload file and send it to you.

Q4: When I click download it opens another website or downloading .exe or .iso files?

Q4: Anonfiles has annoying ADS that's preventing you from download .mp4 video format file and popup lots of unneccessary windows, also ask you to download .exe or .iso files! DO NOT DOWNLOAD ANY KIND OF .exe or .iso FILES! DO NOT INSTALL ANY SOFTWARE TO DOWNLOAD .mp4 FILE!. All my videos format is mp4.

It's very easy to avoid these kind of malicous softwares. Just install any trustworthy browser adblock extension. For me adblock extension is must have. It will make your life so much better! It's not an advertisement for adblock tho... :)

I also use "Kaspersky Security Cloud FREE" anitvirus software which you can download free from their official website. It does protect you from downloading malicious software. Also I use Malewarebytes with it. It's also free and you can download it from their official website. It's just suggestion if you don't know how to protect yourself properly.

Try Brave browser for more private browsing. I heard it's best privacy browser.
