Since you can't send me message just leave links here as a comment like this: https://www.pixiv.net/dashboard/works This is video preview link you can copy it by pressing CTRL+C and paste CTRL+V from browser address bar. Don't panic you will not lose your precisious money. Just send me video preview link and I'll send you video download link trhough message since you can only read messages but not send.

Hmmm. Lot's of users has this kind of error. I'm not sure why this is happening. Maybe try to contact with pixiv support about it? Have you verified your email on pixiv? Have you read my FAQ's? If it still doesn't work just leave links here and I'll send you download links.
