I know that I jumped a little ahead on music videos but the thumbnail for this video has been teasing me for days, I simply couldn't resist any further and I'm glad that I didn't!
I was so certain that I had never heard this song before but I was wrong and then I got to re-ignite my love for it and officially add it to my safe playlist HEHE.
I don't even know where to begin with this video.. the visuals were INSANE, the styling had me choking on my saliva, the vocals/rapping were PEAK and... JUNGKOOK AND JIMIN GAVE US A NIP SLIP MOMENT!! The craziest thing about all of that is that was just the TIP of the iceberg. We also got to see V with a face tattoo (REAL, NOT CLICKBAIT!!), a crazy dance break and Yoongi taking the lead on a dance break!!
This whole experience was a 10000/10, i can't wait to watch the MV!
What were your thoughts on this video when it came out?! Shook to your core I can imagine!!

2025-01-04 03:24:26 +0000 UTCDance leader isn't really an official title, it is something the other members call J-hope because he tends to lead dance practices and help other members learn the choreography. Both J-Hope and Jimin are main dancers, which is the highest official "rank", so to speak, in kpop groups. Despite what solos on either side might try to say, neither outranks the other... they both just specialize in very different styles, with J-Hope being a renowned street/freestyle dancer and Jimin being classically trained with a side of acro. 😊

Let’s face it - with editing any artist can make a good MV. I remember seeing this very early in my BTS journey, maybe one of the first five songs? So I saw this, was impressed…then saw them recreate it LIVE for Jimmy Fallon at Grand Central Station. Around the same time I saw Carpool Karaoke where Jung Kook sang that bridge LIVE. As you say they bring such great energy to every performance.

2024-12-28 01:28:23 +0000 UTCI wish I had known them then. This was my 2nd BTS mv to watch. The first was “Run BTS” dance practice. In both performances my eyes kept going to JK. I didn’t even know at the time that it was the same member. 😊 I immediately had to see more and spent the next 1.5 years only consuming BTS 🤦🏼♀️😂 I am not exaggerating. I would try to watch something else and found myself looking up BTS content within 10 min.

You can't go with positions that was done almost 12 years ago by a company that had almost no experience. Jin was labeled sub vocalist, let's have someone says that to our face now. V didn't even have a position when they debuted, would that not make him a dancer, vocalist and visual? 😅 I'll choose to believe what BTS says, not positions that a company that was so small and with almost no experience assigned when they debuted. As for 3j that was the old dance line ofc there would be more of them together dancing before Tae joined, but saying Tae is less in dancing is funny specially in current era ✌🏼

Yes I know BTS acknowledges Jhope as dance leader but that is not an official position in the group and in other K-pop groups. That is the title BTS gave Jhope but Jimin also takes on that role but he's more when it comes to the performance. And he's helps Jhope with it. He's like Jhope's assistant. If V and Jk are both lead dancers than we can say Jimin and Jhope are both dance leaders but they are not. Jhope is the one only dance leader V is not a lead dancer because Jk skill in dancing is still higher than V. That's why it's more 3J dance stuff V is an amazing dancer though. He's just not at same level as Jk

And both JK & V are "lead" dancers since Tae joined the dance line. Lead dancer is someone who is from the dance line, since all of them execute the dance 💜💜

All 7 came hard af with this one. And yes Peachy speak the facts there is no one doing it like BTS. These 7 men are out of this world. No one is putting in the work and hours like them and that's why they are on top 💜💜

Like, Mic Drop belongs to J Hope, Black Swan to Jimin, Fire to Suga, War of Hormone to V... and so on and so forth? Well, IMO On belongs to Jungkook. His solo, the intensity of his dance, just.... damn. 🔥🔥 My favorite little detail of this video is the order in which the members line up before JK's solo. One by one they peel away, and it goes from oldest to youngest, starting with Jin until it's just JK there.

BTS are really the best 🔥👑 I love watching your reactions becase it's like experiencing this first time moments again 💜 Fun fact: Yoongi produced part of the beat of the ON dance break in 2013 months before BTS' debut!!! he posted a video on YT and after a couple of days armys who randomly watched it noticed the similarity. It was their hardest dance ever and they gave their all. But right after it was released Covid happened and they didn’t get to perform it live for army for nearly 2 years. I can only imagine how frustrating it was for them 🥲 Highly recommend their performance of this song in Grand Central Station for The Tonight Show! It’s legendary 🔥

Hobi was looking so delicious in the whole video and RM was just a tall glass of water...just what I need for all the thirsting...lol

Jimin, the main dancer V&JK, the lead dancers (Tae was added to the dance line in 2018) All of them can dance amazingly, but these 4 has their own flavor and both hobi and Jimin have official training. I think it's more fun to just explore since they have so much content. 💜💜 Suga was a bboy before training so he and JHope would go watch dance battles together while in training (Suchwita episode with JHope).
