I'm sorry if that's problematic but I think if this version had released as the original, there is not a chance in heck that this song could have ever felt overplayed to anyone who listened to it.
Jungkook and Jimin have beautiful synergy when they sing together. The years of creating and building a bond together really shows in their music and performances, it's really such an incredible thing to see!!
This might be my fave BTS cover of all time but who knows?! Have I even scratched the surface of BTS covers yet?!

One thing about BTS is that they own it when they are covering a song. It's just so good! Jungkook's is always on point at delivering the same vibe and emotions as the OG artist which is so cool (especially here bc I think JK and Charlie Puth has a lot of similarities in their singing style and bc both have perfect pitch), and jeez Jimin's voice is so perfect and beautiful. It fits perfectly. A match in heaven 💜
