My Fitness Journey

Sharing some pics instead of an audio clip for this late night post! I'm just so proud of myself man... I have NEVER stayed consistent with working out until this year. Physical transformation aside, I just FEEL better! That is exactly why I chose to start my fitness journey in February & I'm so happy to have accomplished that goal. I just wanted to share this for motivation if you've been thinking about getting into or back into working out. I used to see people share posts like this & be like "maybe one day I'll find the motivation"... & now that I have I understand why people are so hype to share the benefits of finding a workout routine you love. My mood has shifted, my confidence is higher, I feel like my sex drive has balanced itself out, my hormones are less out of whack, & I just feel like a sexy queen! Only perks truly! I get a lot of questions about finding motivation & my main tip is just find something you actually LIKE doing. I've seen some workout dance videos from "MadFit" on YT that are free & fun! Doing stuff like that will ease you back into moving your body but will be enjoyable. Also, I really just find motivation in thinking about how genuinely happy I will be after working out. Endorphin rushes are the shit! Being proud of yourself is the bees knees! I love you guys :') Just wanted to share because I'm so proud of how far I've come. If you don't want to workout & never have wanted to-- No frickin worries! Do what you please! I'm just hoping to encourage anyone to get back on the wagon if they fell off or encourage beginners to ease into it :) Love you guys!

As someone who struggled to find the motivation to exercise after leaving high school and thus no longer being a part of varsity sports, I recommend finding a job that will keep you active if that's at all possible for people who also struggle to get self-motivated to exercise. I go to college and balance all the sitting down that comes with that by working as a cook part-time during the year and as a farmhand in the summers (both very active, working on a farm especially).
