Create Avatar 2022 Unity Project in VCC with VRCfury and Poiyomi Toon Shader addons (Above)
Drag Unity Package into assets folder
Open Scene File Kobold_Scene_PC.unity in Gallium Kobold Project
Login to SDK in Upload Control Panel UI
Select Model and Upload!

Blend File (4.4)
Substance Painter File (9.1.2)
PSD files! Coming soon for v2.2

You may do paid texture commissions.
Making public clone-able versions is completely fine however it's your responsibility for any addons
You may do paid edits for owners of the Avatar and Model assets

You may NOT resell Model & Avatar assets.
You may create your own assets and sell those as long it doesn't contain the avatar base files
