Itβs officially the start of a brand new weekly series: Sunday Weigh-In. Every week, Iβm bringing you along with me to the scale to see just how close Iβm getting to my long-time goal β 300 lbs.
This first one was a little nerve-wracking (talking on camera is not my strong suit π ), but I wanted to push myself and try something new β and I know a lot of you have been asking for this kind of real-time, personal update.
