Sorry, Ande. Episode 4 was one of the hardest for me to watch when I saw it the first time, and I nearly always skip through much of it when I rewatch the series - it’s just too painful, for the reasons you said. Anyone who has had to have a pet euthanized understands, and if you care for animals, this is a very, very difficult episode.
