Growth Competition Week 2: Introduction

The number of votes that individual post gets will determine the maximum they will be able to grow, and the poll we put out will determine what specifically happens to them. Hopefully this isn't overly confusing, but I think it'll give a more accurate interpretation of the will of the patreon!
