Before & After: Training Regiment/Placebo Effect

Is it a brother whose training regiment works a little too well on his little sister, maybe college friends who try and be accountability buddies at the gym, or they're both taking part in a medical trial but he's got the placebo--or something completely different. Let me know your pitch in the comments!

Hard to go wrong with an Easy Gainer story, love this! And rivalries can be playful or serious, lots of options there too!

The story above would be cool but I also like the sister is an easy gainer story. Brother or Step-brother have been working gains and are proud of themself. Could be a rivalry story over kind brother sister story. Story sister goes from crazy beginner games to ramping up with her sister gains muscle by touching a weight or Concentration/flexing. It would be a lot of scenarios in the story.

2022-11-18 18:35:01 +0000 UTCStep brother or best friend has grown up into a pretty fit muscle head. Then his pixie step sister or friend is looking to be a bit healthier. The training regiment is fine... male doesn't reveal that his physical boost was partly do to an old supplement trial he took part in. The physical closeness and watching her is making the man have to 'blow off some steam mid workout'. Using what's on hand he does it into a sport shake bottle. It'd be fine, but then the woman goes and drinks from it instead of her prepared protein shake. She obviously starts getting a noticeable boost from it. Leaving the man conflicted, does he keep jerking off, does he tell her the 'secret ingredient' that's causing it, will she just grab him and go to town once she learns?
