Earth Tones With Porcelain
Added 2018-08-23 22:00:05 +0000 UTCDespite this being the second set I have released with Porcelain, it is the first time I actually shot her. I believe I ended up releasing the second look in the pool, but the first set to go live because I was so enamored with how it came out. Not to downplay this set in the least, I simply found inspiration in the other one first.
I still get nervous when shooting with models, especially high profile like Porcelain. She has been modeling for a long time now and her experience, her following and her art that she has created previously added to the nerves of shooting her. Thankfully, the nerves did not get the best of me and we created some beautiful photos together.
Porcelain and Henry came down to California from Seattle for a short stint in Los Angeles. We were able to host them for a couple days of their trip and during those couple days we packed out days full of fun. One of the days we ventured to Disneyland and the other day we spent shooting around the property. While Henry and Reed were off shooting their own set, Porcelain pulled out this beautiful set of lingerie, we set up and began shooting in this small corner of a room. The light was great, the colors flowed and everything else just fell into place. I do not normally enjoy shooting earth tones, I prefer bright light, neutral colors (blacks, greys, and whites). However, from the first test shot of this look I was in love.
This was a short shoot, maybe fifteen minutes at most. We power through the photographs and shot some video in between, which will be coming to Patreon at a later time. We sifted through the photos quickly and called it a set. Small, but beautiful nonetheless. Enjoy!
