Jin-Woo gave it to her when he believed he was going to die, recommended she get something nice with it, and give him the change when he โgets backโ (they both had the solid impression it wouldnโt happen). . 27:10 Thing is, the cerberus retroactively ranks even lower. By his own estimate, it was โmaybeโ S rank, but he pulled through by a fingernail using his resources. And then, here, he estimates that he wouldnโt have a chance against an A rank hunter, when he /just/ matched and exceeded a B rank. So, likeโฆ itโs /so/ skewed, even in-universe, by whoโs saying what, and what direction and magnitude their estimates are โoffโ in.
