His revealing himself in the sun/light means he is about to move differently and all of his actions will purposely be visible. Soo many little hidden innuendos in this show.

I think that point got confused because the Jo family tried to convince that other maid to take the fall for consort Jo by threatening her little sister.

Suddenly the protagonists thoughts are now in her voice VS the chef's. 2. Her memories start coming back and are triggered by the things she sees and smells in her natal home. Eg., the smell of her favorite books. 3. Her feelings start coming more to the fore, leading to the chef beating her back because he is afraid that she fully returns, the chef has nowhere to go right now because his real body is stuck in a coma.
