Iโm well aware of the manga it changes nothing I said. Garp is stronger then Sengoku if Sengoku has it Garp does as well. Garp is a top 5 character I find it RIDICULOUS to assert he doesnโt have character conquers like his peers. Whitebeard, Roger, Sengoku so of course Garp does as well.

There has been ZERO mentions about Garp having conquer's haki both in anime and manga. ONLY Sengoku have been confirmed to have conquer's haki in Navy so far. 3. Conquer's haki is for those who have the qualities of a king. Garp is not a type of person with great ambition and doesnt want high authority. 4. The attack shown in this episode is most likely the highest form of armanent haki. Before you say the effects shown in this episode are the same as conquer's haki, the manga is a lot less flashy and dramatic than this one.
