Granted, as obvious as the plot hole was, the solution should have been equally obvious. The issue isn't really with the Copy spell at all. It can be abused, sure, but it's Scanning and Pasting forms where things could have gotten really out of hand, and having not even been in a proper story yet, it contradicts nothing to say that Scan fails if there's an enchantment already there.
EDIT: I think I initially uploaded low-res? Not sure. Either way, it's HD now.
