Gravity stays the same. Air resistance is roughly proportional to profile area, which is proportional to length <i>squared</i>, and to velocity squared (within limited ranges and not transsonic). Weight is proportional to mass, which is proportional to volume, which is proportional to length <i>cubed</i>. Halving the length gives a quarter the area and an eighth the mass, so half the weight-to-area ratio and (square root of half) the terminal velocity in freefall. If they're gone from "most of six feet" to "most of three inches" that's a 24-fold linear shrink and a 13824-fold mass shrink. They'd have only 20% the terminal velocity, so 20-40 km/h rather than 100-200 for full-size humans. They'd survive skydiving without a parachute, in other words. 12.5 mph into the ground wouldn't be <i>fun</i> but it wouldn't kill a girl.<br>Having a 12.5 mph terminal velocity (face-on) would limit their running speed to something in that range, although if one of them gets 1.4g of thrust she could still outzoom Usain Bolt, flying head-first.<br>As for bouncing, which is probably what people meant, ... umm ... mass, weight and inertia of boob is 1/13824 as much and the force moving it is applied across a tissue section area of 1/576 its full-size value, giving 1/24 the tension per unit area. Assuming boobies bounce within their elastic limits and limits of proportionality when girls run, 1/24 the deformation.<br>Very little bounce.

I agree. I always wondered why I didn't like that look on most characters... and I realized the other day that for some reason, most "giant boobed" characters dip into the uncanny valley for me. (Inner quote: "That's not cleavage. That there is the Uncanny Valley.") But for some reason it looks "right" on Rhoda.
