Pet Theme Survey

Plotting a theme for the next doubles poll in which the various options are one character in human form, and the other in a part animal form.
Looking for suggestions involving the following:
- Which two characters
- Who would be human and who in a part animal form
Be sure to like any suggestions you, well, like to help me know which options are, well, liked.
EDIT: Multiple comments are okay (if not repeats) and are better than a bunch of suggestions just one post because then people can't "like" them to let me know what they like o_o
