Ellen, on edge due to needing a snack before bed, did NOT need to hear Elliot point out that she was working out significantly less than him these days, and zapped him with a weight gain beam!
Ellen immediately felt bad about it, though this lessened as it became apparent that Elliot was much more interested in the results than the circumstances of how it happened.

I consider the second one more the "true" version, but at a glance, that's a lot of belly and legs, there. As such, rather than one way or the other, I decided it was best to have two versions :D
I also gave Elliot's female form blonde hair closer to Diane than Sarah's (by which I mean it's identical to Diane's), and the reason for this is that I want it to be clearer whether it's Sarah or female Elliot kissing various people in various situations (that's important information right there!).
Confusion with Diane is acceptable.
