I wonder if I found this difficult to write because part of me knew that, without a mirror, they'd have to deduce they'd become identical, and that part of me was determined to block all other script ideas until the rest of me realized that.
I mean, probably not, but I'm glad that dawned on me eventually.

Fixed! Thanks for pointing this out. I made the unwise decision to have the background on the same layers as the characters, and this is a reminder of why I should not do that.

Or it it just Dan/the Audience? :) Also, is it just me, or does Sarah's line in the last panel imply that she's really been enjoying all the transformation shenanigans she's gone through?
