Added 2019-02-08 21:02:33 +0000 UTCI deliberately lined up the bottom of the word "normal" in the last panel with the top of Nanase's head in panel two, so it's an easy visual reference for the resulting height difference.
I would've preferred the bottom of the dialogue balloon as a slightly better visual reference, but I felt that made the text a bit too oddly high.
Commentary
Proportionately, Nanase started out about 5'5" (165 cm) and wound up about 5'10" (178 cm).
Sarah, proportionately, wound up about 4' 7.5" (141 cm).
LITERALLY, Nanase started out about 16.25" (41 cm) tall, and wound up about 17.5" (44.45 cm) tall.
Sarah, literally, started out about 6'9" (207.5 cm), and wound up about 5'10" (178 cm).
As such, if Sarah stayed that size, but Nanase somehow grew back to 1:1 scale, they'd be almost the same height (Sarah would be fractions of an inch shorter).
Long story short, yes, Sarah, you're about 6" (15.24 cm) taller than your normal self.

I love scale-math-nerd-Dan! Never stop fussing over the literal details of your proportions, it makes a positive difference in your art. And I say this as someone who’s been a fan ever since buying “Read Or The Owl Will Eat You”, way back when.
