In truth, Elliot didn't go in a proper circle. If he'd done so, he'd have hit a wall. I'm not sure if correcting for that would have been better or worse for dizziness? I really do not know the physics of that.
I do know that there were tire swings at my elementary school that were hung in such a way that you could spin around in circles, and they were a terrible idea. Granted, that didn't stop me from spinning around in them a whole bunch, but nonetheless.

When you see dancers spinning, they whip their head around & stop at the same spot while the rest of their body is turning to minimize dizziness. Knowing how it works might give Elliot a new non-dizzying power.
