Commentary
This was posted quite late on a Friday, and I will no doubt need to take extra care to make sure its existence is known on Monday.
After the week I'd had, however, I really, really wanted to have a Friday EGSNP. This was complicated by an emergency repair situation in my home that couldn't be put off (it involved gas).
Technically, the work being done didn't demand my full attention, or even much of it. Believe me, I TRIED telling my brain that.
And so we get a somewhat indulgent and unnecessary addition to the storyline that confirms, yes, Susan would love to see that, and yes, that tail wags.
I feel this is acceptable.
