The character is Lillia from League of Legends. The perspective looks strange, that's because I'm applying fisheye perspective (also called 5-point perspective). Remember my previous post was about the 90s anime style? Well, in this illustration I applied what I learned in that style (to better appreciate those details, you have to zoom in).
