So scenic, beautiful, and tingly! Did you guys walk up the short trail to the base of the waterfalls on the first day? I loved seeing the houses built right next to the road! It reminded me of when I was in England and buildings were set right on the corner so at intersections, posts with convex mirrors on top could be used to scan for cross-traffic. Without those, you'd risk being T-boned at the intersection! Having your car break down on a trip in a foreign country must have been a nightmare for Jos' friends. Based on your use of the word "chain", I would assume it was the timing chain that broke, and yes, once it goes, the car will not run at all! And, that's an expensive repair. So, on the lake cave tour, was the guide speaking French, or perhaps English? It was beautiful with crystal clear water! I've never heard of having a concert in a cave before but that would be neat to experience it. The view from the top of the mountain on the third day was spectacular! I'm glad that you had good weather. The clouds really enhanced the scenic beauty. The view on the ski lift on the way back down was so much better than on the way up! Was this filmed on your phone or did you bring a video camera? The footage was crystal clear. Thank you for posting this and including us on your vacation! I'm looking forward to seeing the other two videos!
