I think it's my fault with not really making it obvious when the button is active (I should probably have highlighted the button when it is active). The way it works is you press the button once and then click anywhere on the girl for the sex partner to cum (or for the cum to just appear), the issue might be pressing the button over and over each time. Each time you press it either toggles it on, or switches it off. I will try to make it more clear in the next release.
