Hearthstone Card WIP
Added 2020-11-11 10:43:43 +0000 UTCHere's some progress shots of a hearthstone card for Blizzard's competition, I tried to go for a more organic workflow but I hadn't planned the composition well enough so I don't like him enough to finish him - he wouldn't read very well as a small card with his head being so tiny and rim-lit :c
The moral of the story is - if you're going to work freely and organically, be sure to have a well planed sketch of light masses in the composition - especially if it needs to read well on a small scale.
