Low Spoon Witch Tips - Cleansing Spray
Added 2022-09-07 19:18:34 +0000 UTCGood afternoon moon babes! You guys enjoyed the last couple of Low Spoon posts, so I wanted to switch it up today and do a low spoon cleansing spray!
What does low spoon mean? The Spoon Theory is a metaphor describing the amount of energy a person has available for daily activities and tasks.
What You'll Need
- Clear Quartz / Sea shells
- Spray bottle
- Funnel
What to Do
- Cleanse all tools on a day you have an extra spoon, I like doing this with my ancestors and leaving it on my ancestor’s altar to charge for at least 24 hours, then when I both remember and am not using it will place it back on my altar to charge.
- This works because we are constantly lighting candles, feeding, and offering things to our ancestors so they are ready and energized to help out. ( Still check if you do not have that relationship with them, my ancestors know if I am making a low spoons thing at this point I make it, say a quick prayer, and place it on the altar. It’s a super fast process with low energy from myself at the time.)
Cleanse all items and place the crystals or sea shells in the bottle then half Florida Water, half Holy Water / if you would like to mix in rose water, lavender cologne, Kolonia 1800, cinnamon, or coconut water do that as well. The shelf-stable kind with preservatives so it does not mold on you. As you are shaking the bottle to combine the contents pray to your ancestors, spirits, and familiars that your space is cleansed and cleared of any residual energy that is not of your higher good.
