Transmutation Prayer

I was writing a detox spell and remembered that oftentimes I get asked how to use the negative energy people might send your way and transmute it instead of sending it away, or doing a reversal. A lot of practitioners believe that energy can not be created or destroyed, only mended and changed for what each person or thing needs. This method is fun because I want to turn nasty energy into something that will push you forward. This is not the spell or ritual to cleanse yourself of the energy, just the spell I like to use if I want to transmute energy I have already gathered/removed from myself. Some people like to simply run a totem or crystal / egg over their body to gather that energy and then use that item as the tether to the energy you’d like to transmute.
Spell/ Incantation to transmute energy:
Negative Energy, entities, spirits, and spellwork sent my way that is not of my highest good
Sent knowingly, unknowingly, or picked up along my journeys,
I will that this lower level of energy is to be transmuted into positive energy that pushes me towards my goals.
What was once sent to me to hold me down and back are now the building blocks propelling me forward toward a successful and protected future.
This energy has been purified, cleansed, and awakened for my personal use.
This energy is mine to mend,
This energy is mine to use for my highest good.
May this spell not turn on me, and harm no one so mote it be.
