Bring In Blessings Floor Wash / Room Spray
Added 2023-01-02 20:19:30 +0000 UTCGood afternoon moon babes! With it being a new year I want to keep focusing on bringing blessings my way as we progress into the month! For this, I will be working with water mostly as this is my favorite element, but if you prefer other elements you can 100% alter this working to fit whatever feels best in your practice.
What You’ll Need:
-Pot and stove
-Mop and pail if you are doing a floor wash, if you are making a spray you want a spray bottle and a funnel.
-Kananga water and orange blossom water will work as a replacement.
-Holy Water or blessed water
-Calendula flowers for growth, attraction, and abundance.
-Patchouli, my ancestors love it, for abundance, wealth, and protection.
-Ginger, to add spice, speed, luck, and abundance.
-Cinnamon - for money, wealth, attracting, healing, protection, speed up the spell.
-Basil - protection, wealth, love, abundance, opportunities.
-Rosemary- for sustainability.
-A tiny bit of saffron for success
-Dill - for wealth, luck, and protection against the evil eye.
-Chamomile - for prosperity, wealth, and protection in this mix.
-A strainer
How To Cast:
Cleanse your space, tools, yourself, and leave any offerings you’d like to your spirits/deities/ancestors you’d like to work with for this working. Put your water or moon water into your pot or spray bottle while you pray with the water that this year brings blessed protected opportunities. That your year will bring many lesions but all of your highest good and all that will lead you towards your highest goals. Bring the water to a rolling boil, activate and add each of your herbs into the pot, let the herbs boil together and combine for 5 minutes. Once 5 minutes have passed turn your heat off and let your water blend cool down.
-Strain all of the herbs from this mix and separate that. ( See witches tip on how you can re- use these.) Pour your herbal water into your pail and grab your mop, as you are mopping your floors back to front of your space picture and will all of the amazing things this year has in store for you to start manifesting. Envision all the things you wish to accomplish this year as though it has already happened and opportunities are flowing your way. Thank your ancestors and spirits for their guidance, protection, and strength through the last year and moving forward in your journey.
-Once done with this water pour it down wherever you normally do and say thank you one more time.
Witch tips:
Sweep your whole home or the areas you are using this floor wash from back to the front of your home entirely out through your front door / back door. Then do the same while you are mopping back to forward through your home. Then I will pour some of this mix onto the threshold of my front door. I also will keep some prior to mopping wash and wipe all of my doors down.
-For the strained-out herbs that have already been boiled for your mix, you can always keep it on the stove for a simmer pot that will continue this blessing energy in going in your space, you can take a bath with the herbs right away. I would not let these herbs sit around a while and then bathe with them as they are already wet and you don’t want them to mold. You can also put this into an offering to the earth and give it to your favorite spot in nature.
If you would like to boost this working dress a green chime candle with all of the above herbs, success oil, attraction oil, and rosemary oil, etch everyone’s name that lives in your home into the candle and burn the candle in the middle of your home/ apartment.
