Venus Day Jewelry Enchantment

Good afternoon moon babes! Thank you all for being so patient with this post being a day after Venus Day, but I think its the perfect time to answer some of your questions about spellwork and days. While each day holds its own energy and aligns with different planets, you can also calculate your workings around you do NOT need to wait for a particular day to do a spell. I just loveee an excuse to post more love workings, and if I am planning one out and I can wait for a day or two I will, however, the days or moon phases won’t stop me from casting when I need to. Do whatever feels right and works for your practice.

For this working I wanted to “welcome”, consecrate, and enchant three new jewelry pieces I just got in the mail. I have been spending a TON of time sourcing really cool and stunning vintage sterling silver pieces for the store recently and these three were some I couldn’t pass up, and knew I had to add to my personal collection. I will try and do my best to explain my thought process for this enchantment, while still leaving the exact intentions out because this is active jewelry I am wearing. This is a spell I did with the sea spirits and mermaids, revolving around allure, desire, protected attention, and overall charm/loving energy. I also feel like this whole ritual is a welcome of sorts, a thank you to the last owner for caring for the beautiful pieces and respecting the energy and life it had before coming to my collection.

If you do not work with sea/water spirits replace the elements that are water in this ritual to reflect the energy/spirits/elements you work with most!

My thought process while building this spell:

-I like layers, giving onion babes, layers, and layers of built energy. I have a dedicated sigil for this kind of ritual

and will use it on the bottom of each step, boosting the energy of my ritual. Create a sigil for your jewelry enchantment overall / or for this and use it.

-I wanted to create layers of the ocean without using the last bit of my beach sand, so I have the crystal tumbles placed at the bottom of my bowl that is in correlation with the energy of my spell, which I then cover with my dedication water. If you guys are interested in seeing how I made the two-toned red and pink water that I poured into the bowl and as my offering in the tea cup please let me know. That can be the next Venu’s day’s love post.

Items Needed:

-A bowl

-Paper and pen for your sigil

-Cup/ or offering dish

-Rose

-Damiana

-Hibiscus

-Clove

-Blue lotus flowers

-Jasmine

-Catnip

-Holy Water / or blessed water/ocean water works here too

-Pink Salt

-Clove Oil

-Rose water / this can be moon water, or ocean water.

-Large Sea Shell

-Dragons blood incense, jasmine incense, or any incense ruled by the moon or associated with love/power.

-A smaller sea shell that will fit inside the larger one

-Carnelian tumbles

-Siren Oil

-The pieces of your or anyone else’s that you are enchanting.

How To Cast:

Cleanse your space, your tools, and yourself prior to starting this ritual. Gather all of your supplies and take it to your altar or wherever you are doing this ritual. Place all of the items down and then go to your sink with your holy water / or blessed water and put some in the palm of your hands and wash your hands down. Once that is done, put some of the pink salt into your hands and rub your hands together furthering this cleanse. Add running water last and wash your hands with fresh running water, praying that the water removes and washes all stagnant or negative energy your hands may hold off of them and away from your home. Allow to air dry and walk back to your workspace.

Once in your ritual space cast whatever protection you feel needed, and get to work on drawing your sigil. If this is on a piece of paper remember to rip all of the man-made edges off of your paper prior to writing it. If you’d like tp put any of the siren or clove oil onto this paper do so now. Light your incense and run the incense smoke through your hands, (focus on the smoke boosting the energy in your hands.) Get your bowl and run it through the incense smoke focusing on the same energy and place it over your sigil. Gather your carnelian tumbles and one by one place them onto the bottom of your bowl, praying/speaking with each one, connecting to the energy of each stone before placing them down. Then gather your rose water, your moon water, or the ocean water and begin to pour it over the tumbles, and continue to pray with the flow of water. Remember water can hold memory and energy easily so pour your specific enchantment energy into the water during this time. Once you are satisfied with the amount in your bowl hold your hands over the bowl and push energy down into it.

Gather your shell and place it on top of your tumble & water mix. If you need to put something in with your tumbles to hold your shell up do so! Once your shell is balanced continue to focus on your intention. I am broadly saying this because everyone will be looking o get something different from different jewelry items. Sometimes items I wear are for road openers, protective amulets, luck charms, ect. So this method can be used for any kind of enchantment when things are changed around.

Activate each herb prior to adding them to your shell. I used rose for more sweet and accepting love, catnip for glamour and allure, hibiscus for lust and clear visions, clove for dominance and prosperity, ect! Wake up the herbs and let them know what you are looking to gain from using them. Once all of the herbs you brought to use in this enchantment have been activated spend some more time praying over your whole working with your hands above the working pushing energy down. Take however long with this step as you need. Raise as much energy as you feel necessary for your enchantment and add your last smaller shell into the middle of the herbal mix. Grab your two oils and drop as many drops around the OUTSIDE of the smaller shell onto the herbs as you would like. I am not instructing you to put oils directly onto your jewelry as not all jewelry does well (will tarnish) if oil or water is placed directly on it. This is a safer rout for all types of jewlery you might have. Once the oils have been added place your jewelry into the smaller shell and continue pushing your energy into the working. The final step I like to do is grab the incense that has been burning this whole time and wrap it around the whole working. Bringing the energy up one final time, boosting the speed of the spell, and furthering your enchantment. Do this until you feel it is complete. Allow to sit on your altar for 24 hours and wear.

If you would like to boost this enchantment as time goes on use the sigil from this working and the same kind of incense you used in this ritual. Place the sigil down and the jewelry ontop of it, wrap the incense smoke around your jewelry and spell it until you feel the energy is back to where you want it.

Witches Notes:

You do not need to offer any spirits a cup as I did in my video, which was for an offering to the water spirits to assist with the enchantment. However, if you are working with any energy or spirit I do think it is appropriate to leave them an offering early on in your personal ritual.

-Cleanse your crystals after this working in some Florida water and moon water to reset their energy for the next time you use this, you can give the herbs to the land or use them later in a bath!

-I personally also put a ring of cowrie shells and jungle shells for this enchantment, the cowrie shells are specifically for my ancestors in this ritual and the jingles are known to bring beauty and allure to spiritually. I wanted to note those were items seen in the video not described here. If you have any shells, sea sand, or anything from the beach you’d like to use around this working as a further boost for your energy circle place them down! You can also use herbs associated with water or the moon in place of this. For me its another way to raise energy in a specific area without having to pull from my own energy source, the spirit of those herbs or items will aid in that.
