Added 2024-08-28 22:08:01 +0000 UTCDue to YouTube's policies and the journey of re-monetization, I had to make the difficult decision to permanently remove several of my videos and streams. I fully understand that this one video, in particular, has provided comfort to many of you. It contains words that I believe are essential to hear, especially when you're feeling lonely and need a bit of comfort.
After some thoughtful discussions with the senseis, we decided that this video is the only one that could be archived from the recent uploads and streams. I really grateful to still have the opportunity to share it, even if it is only here. I hope that those who listen to it will continue to find comfort. Please remember that you are never a burden to anyone and just because you bear your burdens well, it doesn’t mean they aren’t heavy when carried alone.

Makes one realize how deep they are in their own heads. Honestly. . . Having gone through a divorce at 27 and now 28 still having PTSD to some issues, self doubts, and constant struggles in my head and heart. . . sometimes just hearing "you are enough". . . is all you need to hear. . . to watch a grown man fully break down. Thank you for pouring your heart into this, it reflects and... It helps. Truly it helps
