mugen.cfg bug fix
Added 2018-12-02 18:38:11 +0000 UTCI've been getting a bunch of reports of errors with the mugen starter pack. I reuploaded the entire data folder which should hopefully fix things, but let me know if any problems persist.
The error seems to be specifically related to mugen.cfg so the direct link to that file is here
