Very creative looking and very cute. I like how you've tweaked the footpaws so that they're not as feral-roo like (IE, crazy huge middle toe). My only discomfort with them would be around their age. I don't wanna look at cub art. :/

Yeah, the head size difference won't be much. Just the whole area above her eye level seems too bloated. But the hair is one of the last things I add, so a comparison wouldn't make much sense, really. Why dreadlocks? Well, because I wanted to have those for a very long time, but my hair isn't the right type. XD LIVIN' THE DREAM VIRTUALLY HELL YEAH

I think her cranial capacity is a little too big. You know, the bit where the brain is. Makes the forehead seem too tall, as well. Gonna try working on that. I don't think it'll change much tho. Also, the pouch already has depth - it's fully functional - just no details inside. Hard to find references of that. XD But I'll get there, no worries. I can always improvise! :D Glad you like!

Yeah, I mean the cranial capacity. I probably should make that smaller, and if the head becomes too small proportion-wise, I'll make the whole thing bigger to compensate. Something like that. And yeah, I'll try to find some time to work on her, but I probably shouldn't do so until Hjalta is finished. XD Almost there! Glad you like her also! :D

All the tweaks I've seen to this is very small and almost invisible to me. I don't see a problem with the head, but if you think its too big then go ahead and tweak the size. I won't really see a difference. I'm thinking when you add the hair geometry then you'd want to make a review image for us to see if the head was too big. I like your idea of changing up the body paints but at some point I feel that might be a little complicated. Geometry is easy to change up tho. I'm going to assume you're going to change up the body patters with each interesting background you make, not to match them but make them tie together. When I saw you were thinking of a dreadlock undercut I said "Yes!" cause that would look great! Is there any particular reason why you thought dreads? Curious.

The head looks fine. Actually, all of her looks fine. I rather like her little 'pouch chub' coming off her belly. If you get far enough along with her, were you planning on giving it any depth, or is it just acting like an overly-large navel?

Is the head really too big? Anyway she looks cute. and I'm sure this will be a very cute character once it's finished. (Since she was neglected for a whole year you might want to move her up you to-do list :) )
