Updated Blow AB, added improved UIAssist

Short update today:
* New version of Blow Action Bundle is in Mega. It has the preliminary pose saved. It's quite crucial for it to work properly when you're adding the bundle to an existing scene. I've missed that yesterday - sorry !
* Together with JayJayWon we've worked on an improved version of his UIAssist plugin. It works much more conveniently for the single handed actions as everything can be controlled with sight. Some bugs were also addressed. It's the free version that will be available in a few weeks but you're getting it early as always.
