BAM! module in early access now

I've finished the BAM! (Bulk Action Management) module. New plugin version - 45 is in Mega now.
Instructions:
* Slide-out button on the right is now divided in two to open Action Routing or BAM
* BAM should be used as a preliminary method of selecting actions if finding the correct one with the action chooser in the top left is not convenient - many actions in the scene
* Use the Search field up top if it's still difficult to locate the desired action
* Use the Group By to conveniently group actions by group/layer/bundle
* Fold/unfold groups with +/- buttons
* Clicking the action in BAM opens it in the main section
* Lower button meanings:
* Bulk Remove - deletes the selected actions (takes a little time as it unlinks)
* Copy Routing - copies the links of the chosen action to the marked ones
* Copy Fields - copies When/Effect/Context/Trigger Message fields to the selected actions
* Assign To - assigns selected actions to selected group or layer. Use the dropdowns on the right to define destination
* When in mark mode clicking the group name marks the whole group
