Back Home From Anthrocon / Important Updates
Added 2015-07-14 02:11:13 +0000 UTCMy husband and I finally got back home from Anthrocon, which should have been a 2 hour trip, turned into nearly 12 hours upon hotel checkout.
Our car broke down 3 times ON the way to Anthrocon, so when we got to the Omni hotel, we were a bit sour. The con went by ok, I had a decent time, made some decent money, met new faces, familiar faces. Tried to be more social this year, and went to a couple of room parties (Was fun!)
We put our car in the shop during the con, they said they'd have it ready by Monday. Thankfully, my husband's uncle lives in Pittsburgh, so he was able to help us out. When we got the car back, the car started to break down AGAIN...after we paid an exorbitant amount of money to get it fixed....
The car had just enough pep to get us back home, but we may consider putting it out to pasture, and just get a new car.
That being said, we're going to another con this Friday, so again, I'll be unavailable for a few days.
Now...Art CD orders, I'm probably going to need another week and a half to get physical orders shipped out, new orders processed, and digital orders will be sent to customers over the next couple of days. I apologize for the wait, this was not my intention. x___x
Take home commissions from Anthrocon. I have quite a few of them, and I want to get these done asap. Over the next few weeks, I'm going to be working primarily on getting caught up on commissions. So, I apologize to my Patrons for the lack of art in July. July is a very busy month for me; two cons, and my wedding anniversary.
