Nina's spa day

Thats why people that live in her belly come together and give Nina a full spa day once a month as thanks for giving them a safe home. They wash her scales to give it a nice shine, and massage her belly to destress. Some view it as the highest form of worship for their goddess, and while Nina doesn't like asking for such things, she doesn't mind getting a day to relax.
