Stomach Snow Day

While there are a handful of places that have snow due to special magic, it is not common to see it in populated areas like the entrance area of the stomach. When it does happen, its usually caused by Nina eating some sort of magical substance (like an ice cream cone given to her by a wizard). The strange shift in the weather can cause issues for those living there, but it usually goes back to normal after a day.
