Journal: Letters from an OC + WIPs

Happy October! I hope everybody's doing well.

I've recently come to a decision about two things, both of which are heavily featured in the "Rebel" Tier on this platform. I decided to no longer include letters from an OC of mine of your choice as a benefit. It's come to my attention lately that this isn't that much of an attractive benefit due to new subscribers either being new to my works. Also, because the previous times I've messaged past patrons who won this benefit sometimes led to no replies. Thus, I couldn't get started on writing a letter of for the subscriber and nothing went forward. Due to these factors, I've decided to delete it as a benefit. However, I want you to be rest assured that I'll start brainstorming ideas for a replacement benefit. Maybe I'll do a monthly livestream or something? If you think this is a good replacement as a benefit, be sure to let me know down below.

I also wanted to apologize for the lack of story WIPs I've been posting for Rebel tiers and above. When working on a story or story content for you guys, I promised to share Patreon-exclusive and SubscribeStar-exclusive file snippets of the unfinished work so you can get a glimpse of my writing and outlining progress. I've neglected this benefit though due a number of factors; stuff happening IRL, forgetfulness, uncertainty if this will interest readers, and self-consciousness about sharing a product I'm unsure is ready for consumption. None of these are good excuses though and I should do better for you. So, I'll start posting more WIPs for their respective tiers, as promised. As always, these will remain exclusive to the platform.

From now on, if I can't or am unable to fulfill a benefit on my tiers, I will be transparent and provide further updates. That's a promise.

I'm not sure if I'll ever be able to make what I do on Patreon or SubscribeStar a full-time gig. Yet I greatly enjoy doing this and testing my limits as a storyteller. Your support is what keeps me motivated to continue writing great stories for you guys. Even a like or comment can go a long way to brighten my day. I can't thank you enough for your continuous patronage and support, and I hope to continue giving you great fiction and content to keep you entertained.
