Time Keeps on Slipping - Revival

It was put on hiatus because It felt like it was hitting the notes as Somewhere Safe. I know it's not exactly the same, but it's close enough to give me pause. To prevent this, I want to add a villain to the plot. Harry would attend Hogwarts, interact with the new generation along with returning characters, and a dash of danger.
