There are skeletal micromotion plugins on the official Blender forums that I used for my hair early on, and the hair physics simulation was great in the preview window. But when rendering the results, it got really bad! And so far I haven't mastered the collision of hair against body. TIFA's long hair is very complicated to achieve the perfect physical effect.
